How do I place an order?
To place an order, just click on the Add to Basket button beside the book that you wish to order. After you click on the Add to Basket button, it will change to View Basket. Now, just click on the View Basket button and it will take you to our Checkout. Please note that our checkout is only available for customers in North America. If you are located outside of North America, please send us an inquiry using our Contact Us form. Please include the book title and your name and address so that we may quote you actual shipping.
To Pay by credit card or paypal, please click on your country (Canada or USA) for shipping price, and then click on "check out". You will then be taken to the PayPal Payments Screen. If you have a PayPal account, sign in where indicated. If you do not have a PayPal account, complete the PayPal form and then click on Continue Checkout.
To pay by Visa or Mastercard direct, please call us at 306-442-2055 between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm C.S.T. Monday – Friday.
To pay by check/cheque or international money order, add your book(s) to your Basket and then complete the Order Form on the Shopping Cart page and click Contact Trylinski Books. Upon receipt of your order we will send you an email with our payment options.
Do I have to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card?
No. We use PayPal as our credit card processor, so you can pay by credit card and not have to sign up with PayPal.
I am from Canada, how do I pay in Canadian Dollars?
To pay in Canadian Dollars, please visit out Canadian site at www.trylinskibooks.ca. As a convenience to our customers, we have added the following link "To purchase this book in Canadian Dollars visit www.trylinskibooks.ca." on the book description page, under the Price. Just click on this link and it will take you to the exact book title on www.trylinskibooks.ca site and you can then continue on with your purchase, in Canadian Dollars.
What if I place the wrong book in the shopping basket, how do I remove it?
Just click on the Trash Can beside the book that you want to delete from the basket, OR if you wish to delete all the items in your basket, just click on the Empty Basket button.
How can I see an image of the book?
To see the image of a book, either click on the Camera Icon at the right of the Book Title OR on the Title of the Book, this will take you to the book details page where you will see an image of the book and description. If you wish to see a larger image of the book, just click once on the image and a larger one will appear.
How long will it take for my book to arrive?
It depends on were you live.
Canada: Surface -Estimated delivery time: up to 9 business days to most destinations in Canada, EXCEPT for YT or NU, which take about 17 business days according to Canada Post.
United States - Estimated delivery time: about 8 to 15 business days - EXCEPT for Alaska - 16 business days and Hawaii - 29 business days.
International - Surface – estimated delivery time: about 30 to 60 business days - about 2 to 3 months.

If you are unsure of what a term or condition in our description means, click on our Links tab at the top of the screen and you will find links to a General Glossary, Grading Definitions and Book Terminology.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
What if I want to return the book, because I have changed my mind or no longer need or require the book?
Please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the book to us. Please note, that you will be responsible for the return shipping, and we can not refund you your payment until after we have received the book back from you.
How do I get a refund for a book, if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
If there is any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the problem.
Can I visit your Store?
We are an internet bookstore, so we are not open to the public. If you have a question about a book, please email or call us.
Can I pick up my book if I live in the local area?
Yes. Please order your book by using the Cheque/Money Order Order Form on the checkout page and put in the comments that you would like to pick up your book. We will then call you and set up an appointment for you.
