Further to our post of July 16, 2008, we can now report that the Invoicing problem we were having with PayPal has now been resolved. We can now access our invoice templates as well as create new ones.

We would remind our customers that if you have ordered a book from us and have not gone through checkout, please follow the payment instructions we provide in our email. If you have not received an email from us within 24 hours of your order, please be sure to contact us and/or check your SPAM folder as sometimes our emails are directed to SPAM by some email providers.

It has been a very frustrating week here at Trylinski Books. We rely on PayPal quite a bit, as many other small internet businesses do, and this week we have been unable to send custom invoices to our customers. Our PayPal Invoice templates will not load and we are unable to create new invoices on PayPal.

If you order a book from us and go through our check-out, your payments are being received.

If you have ordered one of our books from one of the other sites we list on or have not gone through our check-out, we will be sending you an email with your order details and our payment instructions. Please follow the instructions in our email to pay for your order.

Let's hope that PayPal can get this problem fixed soon!!
